Refund policy

Due to the size, nature, and business-oriented use of Vaelton products, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or non-defective products once an order has been confirmed and processed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vaelton.com and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

If the issue is confirmed as damage in transit or a manufacturing defect, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • replacement parts
  • product repair
  • replacement of the affected unit
  • partial or full refund

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights that may apply under applicable law.
